Socratic Method

The Socratic Method is a way to get everybody into a conversation about a topic. Even though not everybody may not want to speak out, they have a chance to speak and share their thought or show a new perspective. Depending on the host and environment people may not join in the conversation so make a comfortable environment for everybody.
